Or if they are on the screen (ie line items in a SO) loop on the screenand add them up? A little more explanation of what you are doing mighthelp. Para: Horacio Zapettini Asunto: sap-dev Summing values in module pool program how to sum values in module pool programming. I have a scenario where i need to sum the values group by vendor in a report prepared in module programme. Please suggest me. At line with sum has some specific requirements on your itab and on the sort of your itab. Please, refer to tcode abaphelp and search there for sum.
And for at new / at last. You'll find the requirements your table has to fullfill there.Otherwise, if this seems to be too much, just do a search in this grou page. It's been posted the same question and a few different solutions in the past.BTW, a collect into an itab with a read in the at new/at end was one of them.HTHhoracioDe: USER1583319 via sap-dev mailto:[email protected] el: Martes, 09 de Junio de 2009 02:45 p.m.Para: Horacio ZapettiniAsunto: RE:sap-dev Summing values in module pool programNeal, thanks for reply.
Here i am explaining you what exactly i am trying to do.I have report populated on screen with a selected parameter by the user. The user wise data of daily sales populated in the report. My requirement is, i want to sum and show the values group by user(like one user has more than one sale description and value).
I am trying 'at line with sum' but its not working. Can you suggest me, how it can be possible. Perhaps if you gave a snippet of your 'at' we'd understand better. There is no at line. There's an at line-selection. Is that what youare using? - NealUSER1583319 via sap-dev wrote: Hi Neal, thanks for reply.

Abaper:Please, read carefully my two previous answers in this thread because I've given you the answer from my first post.regardsHoracio.De: USER1583319 via sap-dev mailto:[email protected] el: Martes, 09 de Junio de 2009 03:17 p.m.Para: Horacio ZapettiniAsunto: RE:sap-dev Summing values in module pool programNeal, sorry to be not clear. Please sort itab before looping. Also, in your case all the dates might be different so you are not able tosee the sum on price. Please check the below code:TYPES: BEGIN OF tsitab, connid TYPE sflight-connid,. fldate TYPE sflight-fldate,price TYPE sflight-price,END OF tsitab.DATA: ititab TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF tsitab, isitab TYPE tsitab.SELECT connid price FROM sflight INTO TABLE ititab WHERE carrid = 'AA'.sort ititab by connid.LOOP AT ititab INTO isitab.AT END OF connid.SUM. move sum to subtotal.ULINE.WRITE: isitab-price.

Hi all,i want to add two 'clear' push buttons on one module pool screen.one is clearall & the other is clearlast.there is a field '2dbar', on screen 100.after 1st scan, vendor no. Hi,If you need material to teach yourself modulepool programming, just useGoogle to look for free material and examples. Also, check transactionslike DWDM or BIBS in SAP for programming examples.
Or buy or lend a bookon the subject. Maybe there are some SAP press books to obtain.I'm just wondering what happened to the old fashioned way of followingsome training (class room, eLearning). But that's just old fashioned metalking, I presume. One note: SAP is regarding classic Module Pool Programming as somethingof the past. They will be using Web Dynpro ABAP to deliver new SAPBusiness Suite functionality in the future. If you are planning todevelop new programs using classic dynpro's in ECC6.0 environments, youshould maybe think this over again.Vriendelijke Groet,Ben Meijs. Hi Ben,In theory I agree with your statements in general and in particular the one that goes 'what happened to the old fashioned way of followingsome training (class room, eLearning).
' I'll tell you that in my situation, my company expects more while providing less ( read we've been getting by with smoke and mirrors but the new budget does not allow for mirrors ). This puts junior developers in the unattainable position of needing being expected to expand their skill set with little or no help from the company.I wanted to learn abap objects (had the bc405i think class all lined up) and was told that yes I should know that, no they will not pay for the training, and no, they will not pay for the class. Now it is obvious that it is worth learning; but I am barely able to hold on to my house; so I can't do the $65 USD for the damn book.So this forum is to help each other, not to pass bs judgment on another's situation. Perhaps be thankful that you can apparently get the training that you need.Regards,Mike.
